Message	I know what it's like, i was just about coughing blood 4 days ago, i had the flu and a fever, was doing real bad. Anyway, after you get a little better and off the machines, try this: 1 glass of wine with 1 teaspoon of sugar mixed into it. Then warm it using the microwave to where it's warm in your throat, but not hot on the tongue (you'll know if it's right by trying it). Have it before you go to bed, it'll set your throat really nice and help you sleep at night, worked great for me and I was pretty messed up (although not as bad as you).
